OPTIC SPORTS wants you to be 100% happy with your purchase.

This is why we have a 30 day return period so you can return any new & unused item purchased from us in the original condition with all packaging and any free items included with purchase as well.

• You can return or exchange every new and unused item with the original packaging up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
• Include a copy of the original receipt for a full refund minus the original shipping.
• If your item shipped via “Free shipping” the original cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refund.
• For exchanges & Returns, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item, as well as the replacement item.
• Return via carrier info below.

To be eligible the products must be in the following condition.

• Racquets & Paddles: new & unused, plastic wrap still on handle, face card attached. Cover if included.
• Shoes: new & unused, tags attached. Do not attach mailing label/stickers to original shoe box.
• Accessories/grips/strings: unopened packaging
• Bags: new & unused, tags attached.
• Any free items included in the sale to be included with the return and in new and unused condition as well.

Items not received in good condition or with visible signs of use will be returned at owners expense and no refund provided. You are responsible for the return shipping charge.

Typical turn-around time to receive a refund is within 48 hours of receiving the item back and all criteria is met.

Be sure to provide a current telephone number and email. We will contact you to confirm the refund amount and your credit card info. For security we do not store your credit card details.

Returns / Exchanges 

1. Include a copy of the invoice and your contact info.
2. Box up the items and take to your favourite shipper. We recommend a service that is insured and trackable.
